Pokušao sam da dobijem korisničku podršku pre nekoliko meseci u vezi sa problemom sa slotovima i nisam čuo ništa.
Sada sam povukao pre više od nedelju dana i još uvek ga nisam dobio.
Probao sam svaku e-poštu koju mogu da dobijem i imam više povratnih e-poruka u kojima se kaže da ne mogu da isporučim ili ne odgovaram na ovu e-poštu jer se ne nadgleda.
Pokušavam svaki dan da pronađem 24-časovni razgovor uživo i s vremena na vreme ću ga pronaći, ali ga je veoma teško pronaći i kada ga pogodim, vraća me na njihovu e-poštu. Pokušao sam da ih pozovem i linija je zauzeta.
Ovo je najgore iskustvo korisničke podrške koje sam ikada dobio. Imam i sve dokaze
I have tried to get ahold of customer service months ago about a slot issue and I have heard nothing back.
Now I withdrawal over a week ago and I still have not received it.
I have tried every email I can get ahold of and have multiple return emails saying can not deliver or do not reply to this email as it is not monitored.
I try every day to find the 24 hour live chat and once in awhile I will find it but it's very hard to find and when I hit it it leads me back to thier email. I've tried calling them and the line just goes to busy.
This is the worst customer support experience I have ever been threw. I have all the proof as well
