Hvala vam puno što ste podneli žalbu. Iako razumem vašu frustraciju, želeo bih da naglasim da svaki kazino ima drugačiju politiku bonusa i sistem nagrađivanja, i njima je dozvoljeno da odlučuju ko ima pravo da učestvuje u njemu, a ko ne. Ako niste u mogućnosti da aktivirate bonus, verovatno ne ispunjavate uslove za njega iz bilo kog razloga, a mi ne možemo mnogo da uradimo.
Molim vas, ne oklevajte da me obavestite ako postoji još nešto, što bih mogao da učinim za vas, u suprotnom ću biti prinuđen da odbijem ovu žalbu.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. Although I understand your frustration, I would like to emphasize, that each casino has a different bonus policy and reward system, and they are allowed to decide who is eligible to participate in it and who is not. If you are unable to activate the bonus, you probably are not eligible for it for whatever reason, and there is not much we can do.
Please do not hesitate to let me know if there is anything else, I could do for you, otherwise, I will be forced to reject this complaint.
