Žao mi je što to čujem, ali nažalost, budući da nismo dobili odgovor od kasina u vezi s tim problemom, ne možemo nastaviti rješavati ovu žalbu i prisiljeni smo da je zatvorimo kao "neriješenu".
Žao mi je što vam nisam mogao pomoći, ali zatvaranje ove žalbe jer je neriješena barem će negativno utjecati na ocjenu kasina, a drugi igrači mogu pročitati vaše iskustvo u našoj recenziji. Nadam se da više nećete naići na ovakav problem.
