It seems to be a common practice of casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue therefore the complain remains unresolved.

Nažalost, još uvek je na čekanju do danas.
Ako pišete u ćaskanju uvek dobijate jednu te istu poruku.
Napisao sam e-poštu finansijskom odeljenju, nažalost još uvek nema odgovora niti primio novac.

Hiermit möchte ich gerne eine Beschwerde über das spinpirate.com casino erheben.
Ich habe bei diesem casino gewonnen und hab die kyc durchlaufen und habe am 14.04.2023 eine Auszahlung getätigt.
Leider steht is immer noch bis heute auf pending .
Schreibt man im chat bekommt man immer ein und die selbe nachricht .
Email an die finanzabteilung geschrieben leider bis heute keine Antwort noch geld erhalten .

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.
Više puta sam pokušavao da kontaktiram kazino, ali nisam imao uspeha. Bojim se da se ne može mnogo postići bez saradnje sa njegove strane. Žalbu ću zatvoriti kao „nerešenu" što će smanjiti rejting kazina. Razumem da ovo nije zadovoljavajuće rešenje za vaš problem. Međutim, promena u rejtingu uzrokovana nerešenim žalbama može pomoći da se promeni pristup kazina. Ako kazino odluči da reaguje, ponovo ćemo otvoriti žalbu i bićete obavešteni putem e-pošte.
Nismo u mogućnosti da proverimo da li kazino radi sa licencom. Prema podacima na veb stranici, čini se da je Spinpirate Casino u prošlosti imao Antilefonsku licencu, ali je moguće da je više nemaju. I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I will close the complaint as "unresolved" which will decrease the casino rating. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the change in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email.
We are unable to verify if the casino operates with a license. According to the data on the website, it seems the Spinpirate Casino did have an Antillephone License in the past, but it's possible they do not have it anymore. Still, you may try and contact the Antillephone Gaming Authority at certria@gaminglicences.com or complaints@gaminglicences.com.
