Daljnjom istragom, otkrili smo da niste koristili isti datum rođenja kao vaš stari nalog. Tokom KIC procesa, naš tim za plaćanje je primio vašu ličnu kartu, a datum rođenja je ručno promenjen u ispravan. U to vreme, nalog je bio blokiran jer je bio povezan sa vašim starim nalogom.
Izvinjavamo se zbog bilo kakve pogrešne komunikacije u našem prvom odgovoru. Međutim, pošto se samo vaše ime podudaralo, nije bilo dovoljno da naš sistem blokira vaš nalog nakon otvaranja i vaš nalog je zatvoren čim je povezan sa vašim starim nalogom.
Kao što je ranije pomenuto, upućujemo vas na naše uslove i odredbe.
5. Vaš korisnički nalog
5.18 - U slučaju da je razlog zatvaranja Računa vezan za zabrinutost zbog moguće zavisnosti od kockanja, igrač će to navesti. Igrač koji zatvori nalog iz razloga zavisnosti od kockanja neće otvoriti niti pokušati da otvori novi Spinz nalog. Spinz neće biti odgovoran za bilo kakvu direktnu ili indirektnu posledičnu štetu, ukoliko pojedinac uspe da otvori novi nalog. Zadržavamo pravo da u bilo kom trenutku zatvorimo nalog otvoren kršenjem ovog pravila.

Upon further investigation, we have found that you did not use the same date of birth as your old account. During the KYC process, our payment team received your ID, and the date of birth was manually changed to the correct one. At that time, the account was blocked because it was linked to your old account.
We apologize for any miscommunication in our initial response. However, since only your name matched, it was not sufficient for our system to block your account upon creation and your account was closed as soon it was linked to your old account.

5. Your Member Account
5.18 - In case the reason behind the closure of the Account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction the player shall indicate it. A player who closes an Account for gambling addiction reasons shall not open or try to open a new Spinz Account. Spinz shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequential damages, should an individual succeed in opening a new Account. We reserve the right to close an Account opened in breach of this rule at any point in time.
