Nažalost, pošto nismo dobili nikakav relevantan odgovor od kazina u vezi sa ovim problemom, ne možemo da nastavimo sa rešavanjem ove žalbe i prinuđeni smo da je zatvorimo kao „nerešenu", što će negativno uticati na rejting kazina. Jedina informacija koju sam dobio od njih je da nisu mogli da razgovaraju o detaljima o igračima ni sa jednom trećom stranom, i preporučili su vam da direktno kontaktirate kazino.
Kao što vidim, kazino je u međuvremenu čak bio zatvoren, a u svakom slučaju nisu imali važeću dozvolu dok je kazino bio otvoren i aktivan. Unfortunately, since we have not received any relevant response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way. The only information I received from them was that they could not discuss details about players with any 3rd party, and they recommended you contact the casino directly.
As I can see, the casino was even closed in the meantime, and anyway, they had no valid license while the casino was open and active. Therefore, there is no one whom you could turn to regarding your issue, and a lawyer would probably cost you much more than the disputed amount. If you made any real money deposit to the casino, you can try to discuss it with your payment method provider, however, a chargeback is strictly prohibited in all online casinos. It is considered fraud and could cause you problems in other casinos in the future.
