Navodno su mi rekli da je povlačenje obrađeno u subotu, ali ništa nije stiglo na moj bankovni račun. Savetuju mi da razgovaram sa bankom, a iz banke mi kažu da ne vide transfere na čekanju. Vratim se u kazino, a oni mi kažu da ne brinem, da budem strpljiv, da moj slučaj eskaliraju na drugo odeljenje itd, ali moj novac još uvek nije stigao.
Do ovog trenutka sva povlačenja su završena u roku od najviše 3 dana od kada sam ih zatražio. Sada smo na 6 dana, i postajem prilično zabrinut.

La retirada lleva procesada, desde el sabado a la mañana.
Yo no quiero ser mal pensado, pero empieza a ser preocupante, porque por mucho que hable con ellos en el chat, lo unico que hacen es dar largas y decir que ya lo estan estudiando y que ya se comunicaran conmigo por email, pero van pasando los dias y no recibo ni MI dinero, ni comunicación ninguna.
