U aprilu kada sam napravio nalog, tražili su od mene KIC verifikaciju i tada su sve odobrili i mogao sam da povučem te mesece do 14. jula. Rekli su mi da kontaktiram podršku putem e-pošte i tražili su od mene još jednu verifikaciju mog lični dokument, dokaz adrese (koristio sam izvod iz banke) i selfi sa mojim dokumentom, odgovorili su mi da ponovo pošaljem fotografiju mog dokumenta i da je ostalo prihvaćeno.
Poslao sam to i dobio automatsku poruku da sačekam 14 do 30 dana. Između ovog perioda i 14 dana želeo sam ponovo da kontaktiram podršku, ali automatski odgovor je bio isti. Pitao sam o mojim povlačenjima na čekanju i rekli su mi da čekam da se to potvrdi od 14 do 30 dana.
Mogu da uđem u lobi kazina, ali ne i u poker oblast koja me zanima.
I prošlo je više od mesec dana otkako sam uspeo da podignem svoje stanje.
On July 14th I had a pending withdrawal that normally took hours to arrive, but what happened is that I could no longer access the poker area.
In April when I created the account, they asked me for KYC verification and they approved everything at the time and I was able to withdraw those months until July 14. They told me to contact support via email and they asked me for another verification of my identity document, proof of address (I used my bank statement) and a selfie with my document, they replied that I should send the photo of my document again and that the rest was accepted.
I sent that and got an automated message saying to wait 14 to 30 days. Between this period and 14 days I wanted to contact support again, but the automated response was the same. I asked about my pending withdrawals and they told me to wait for it to be validated from 14 to 30 days.
I can enter the casino lobby, but not the poker area which is of interest to me.
And it's been more than a month since I have been able to withdraw my balance.
El dia 14 de julio tuve un retiro pendiente que normalmente se demoraba horas al llegar, pero lo que pasó es que ya no pude acceder a la zona de poker
En abril que me creé la cuenta me pidieron la verificación KYC y si me aprobaron todo en su momento y pude retirar esos meses hasta el 14 de julio. Me dijeron que contacte a soporte mediante correos y me pidieron otra verificacion de mi documento de identidad, prueba de domicilio(use mi extracto bancario) y una selfie con mi documento, me respondieron que debo volver a enviar la foto de mi documento otra vez y que lo demas si se acepto
Envie eso y me respondió un mensaje automatico que decia que espere de 14 a 30 dias. Entre este lapso a los 14 dias quise volver a contactar a soporte, pero la respuesta automatica era la misma, pregunte sobre mis retiros pendientes y me dijeron que espere que se valide de 14 a 30 dias
puedo entrar al lobby del casino, pero no a la zona de poker que es de mi interes
Y ya va mas de un mes que no puedo retirar mi saldo
