Zdravo, zovem se Tamara i u nedelju 3. septembra sam se registrovao kao korisnik i počeo da igram. U početku sam imao dobre rezultate. Međutim, kada je reč o povlačenju, moji zahtevi se stalno odbijaju. Kontaktirao sam podršku i svaki put dobijam drugačija uputstva koja se pridržavam, ali nema promene. Ono što mi je posebno frustrirajuće je to što mogu da uplatim novac bez ikakvih problema sa iste kartice na koju pokušavam da podignem. Ali kada je u pitanju povlačenje, unesem iste podatke o kartici i odbijena je. Čak sam zvao i banku, misleći da bi oni mogli biti razlog odbijanja, ali su me obavestili da nisu ni dobili sredstva. Poslao sam mejlove sa snimcima ekrana KONSTANTNIH ODBIJANjA i nije bilo odgovora. HOĆU SVOJ NOVAC SADA!
Imam samo dva bankovna računa i ne nameravam da pribegnem korišćenju bitkoina jer je nepravedno što se stvara toliko problema. Takođe ne verujem platformi, pošto sam naišao na toliko problema kada sam pokušavao da preuzmem novac koji sam osvojio.

Hola , mi nombre es Tamara y el domingo 3 de septiembre me hice usuario , comencé a jugar y obtuve buenos resultados. Pero al momento de retirar, constantemente me rechaza los retiros , al comunicarme con soporte , cada uno me da instrucciones distintas las cuales sigo y no hay cambio. Lo que me parece muy mal es que uno puede depositar sin mayor problema el dinero para jugar de la misma tarjeta , pero al momento de retirar ingreso los mismos datos de mi tarjeta y la rechaza. Llame al banco pensado que podría ser el motivo del rechazo y me informa que ni siquiera les llega el abono. He mandado mails con las capturas de los CONSTANTES RECHAZOS y no hay respuesta. QUIERO MI DINERO AHORA !
solo tengo dos cuentas bancarias y no pienso recurrir a bitcoins porque no es justo que pongan tanto problema, y tampoco me parece una página confiable al tener tantos problemas,para reclamar el dinero ganado
