Nakon što smo prikupili sve potrebne informacije i obavili internu diskusiju sa mojim timom, odlučili smo da zatvorimo ovu žalbu kao neopravdanu zbog kršenja uslova i odredbi kazina – razumni razlozi za verovanje da ste se registrovali i koristili više od jednog naloga u kazinu.
Online kazina takođe treba da budu zaštićena od zloupotrebe od strane igrača, a pravila koja zabranjuju više naloga po igraču su jedan od načina kako da se spreči zloupotreba njihovog sistema ili bonus ponude, au ovom slučaju bi bilo veoma teško ili čak nemoguće dokazati da niste igrali sa drugim povezanim nalozima. Kazino je to jasno naveo u svojim Uslovima i odredbama, a vi ste ih prihvatili prilikom registracije. Prekršena pravila možete pronaći OVDE - odeljak 7.1., pravila 1. i 2.
Za budućnost i igranje u drugim onlajn kazinom, toplo preporučujemo korišćenje naloga u skladu sa Uslovima i odredbama kazina. To znači da možete koristiti samo 1 nalog po igraču/uređaju/IP-u/domaćinstvu/itd... koji je obično detaljno opisan u Uputstvima i uslovima većine ozbiljnih onlajn kazina.
Žao mi je što nismo bili u mogućnosti da vam pomognemo sa ovim, ali molim vas, ne ustručavajte se da nas kontaktirate u budućnosti, ako naiđete na bilo kakve probleme sa ovim ili bilo kojim drugim kazinom. Tu smo da pomognemo.

After gathering all the necessary information, and having an internal discussion with my team, we decided to close this complaint as unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions - reasonable grounds to believe you registered and used more than one account in the casino.
Online casinos also need to be protected against abuse by players, and rules forbidding multiple accounts per player are one of the ways how to prevent their system or bonus offer abuse, and in this case, it would be very hard or even impossible to prove that you did not play with the other connected accounts. The casino has it clearly stated in its Terms and Conditions, and you accepted them during registration. The breached rules can be found HERE - section 7.1., rules 1. and 2.
For the future and playing in other online casinos, we strongly recommend using an account in accordance with the casino's Terms and Conditions. It means you can use only 1 account per player/device/IP/household/etc... usually detailed in the Ts&Cs of the majority of serious online casinos.
