Iskreno se trudimo da podržimo igrače najbolje što možemo, ali moramo priznati da naši resursi nisu neograničeni. Iako je Casino Guru prepoznat kao značajan igrač u industriji i radi zajedno sa raznim kockarnicama kako bi se pozabavio problemima igrača, ključno je shvatiti da nemamo nikakva zakonska ovlašćenja nad ovim ustanovama, pošto nismo ni telo za licenciranje niti regulatorna agencija . Napravio sam više pokušaja da stupim u kontakt sa kazinom, ali nažalost, nisam dobio značajan odgovor od njihovog tima. Jedine informacije koje sam prikupio bile su putem ćaskanja uživo, što je odražavalo odgovor koji ste dobili, ali nije pružio nikakve dokaze o kršenju pravila. Ova situacija nije u skladu sa poštenom praksom za koju se zalažemo u promovisanju pravičnog okruženja za kockanje i za igrače i za kazina. Nažalost, bez saradnje kazina, naše mogućnosti su veoma ograničene.

Razumem da ovo nije zadovoljavajuće rešenje za vaš problem, ali smanjenje rejtinga kazina izazvano nerešenim žalbama bi moglo da podstakne promenu u njihovom pristupu. Ako kazino odluči da odgovori i reši problem, ponovo ćemo otvoriti žalbu i obavestiti vas e-poštom.
Da biste izbegli slične situacije u budućnosti, preporučujem da izaberete kazina na osnovu njihovih recenzija i ocena i da se udaljite od ovih kazina jer izgleda da pripadaju istoj kompaniji.

I have made multiple attempts to engage with the casino, but unfortunately, I have not received a substantial response from their team. The only information I gathered was through live chat, which echoed the response you received, yet did not provide any evidence of rule violations. This situation does not align with the fair practices we advocate for in promoting a just gambling environment for both players and casinos. Regrettably, without the cooperation of the casino, our options are very limited.
