Žao mi je zbog kašnjenja. Što se tiče vašeg pitanja – kazino ima pravo da zatvori bilo koji račun u bilo kom trenutku, bez navođenja razloga, ali mora da isplati preostali iznos ako ga ima i ako nije prekršena pravila. After you cancelled your withdrawal, all the funds were lost by playing, mostly in Plinko. High bets of $100 were lucky and they really won significant winnings, but on the other side, the bets of the same amount caused a significant loss later.
The casino acted in accordance with its terms and conditions, and we accept their decision to close your casino account. There is nothing to pay out and nothing to solve. I cannot believe that the disputed amount represents winnings that had been lost by playing.
