Nadam se da si dobro. Ja zastupam BetBeast i lično sam ispitao vaš slučaj.
Prvo i najvažnije, imajte na umu da je vaš nalog zatvoren u skladu sa odlukom AntiFraud. Ne mogu da navedem razlog zašto je ova odluka doneta o akcijama na drugom brendu pod Softsviss-om kojem nemam pristup. Zbog toga je AntiFraud odlučio da blokira sve vaše naloge u svim kazinima pod njihovom kontrolom.
Drugo, ispod pronađite imejl koji vam je poslao odeljenje za plaćanja.
Zamolili bismo vas da na svoj profil (kartica „Verifikacija") učitate sledeće dokumente:
1) Dokaz lične karte. Mora da odražava:
- tvoja fotografija
- Vaše ime
-vaš datum rođenja
-datum isteka dokumenta
Primeri: lična karta, pasoš, vozačka dozvola.
Imajte na umu da se skeniranje i snimci ekrana fotografija ne prihvataju.
2) Dokaz o adresi. Ne sme biti stariji od 90 dana i odražavati:
- Vaše ime
-adresa, navedena u profilu
-datum izdavanja dokumenta
Primeri: račun za komunalne usluge, izvod iz banke.
3) Dokaz o načinu(ima) plaćanja. Mora da odražava:
Molimo vas da pošaljete snimak ekrana Skrill naloga koji se koristi za depozite sa vidljivim vašim imenom i e-poštom
Molimo vas da pošaljete bankovni izvod/snimak ekrana sa dokazom o vašem depozitu uplaćenom 20.10.2024. u 11:42:06 TZ UTC (200 EUR). Dokaz o depozitu mora da odražava: -iznos -datum -ime trgovca -ime pošiljaoca + IBAN na jednoj deklaraciji.
Potvrdili ste svoju adresu i plaćanje, ali niste uspeli da verifikujete svoj identitet. Otpremili ste samo zadnju stranu svoje vozačke dozvole i tim je zatražio fotografiju prednje strane. Kada se otpremi odgovarajuća prednja fotografija vaše vozačke dozvole, nalog može biti u potpunosti verifikovan i povlačenje može biti obrađeno.
Ovo uopšte nije skiciran kao što ste istakli. Prema propisima, moramo u potpunosti da verifikujemo igrače pre nego što novac može da se pošalje. Molimo vas da otpremite prednju fotografiju i obavestite me preko foruma ili putem e-pošte na . I dalje ću postaviti ažuriranje ovde kada nalog bude verifikovan.

First and foremost, please note that your account was closed as per decision from AntiFraud. I cannot give the reason why as this decision was made on actions on a different brand under Softswiss to which I have no access. Hence AntiFraud have decided to block any accounts of your on all casinos under their control.
Secondly, please find below the email that was sent to you by the payments department.
We would like to ask you to upload the following documents into your profile ("Verification" tab):
1) Proof of ID. It must reflect:

-your name
-your date of birth
-expiration date of the document

You have verified your address and payment but have failed to verify your identity. You only uploaded the back side of your driver's licence and the team has requested a photo of the front side. Once a proper front photo of your driver's licence is uploaded, the account can be fully verified and the withdrawal can be processed.
This is not sketchy at all as you pointed out. As per regulations, we need to fully verify the players before money can be sent. Please upload the front photo and notify me via the forum or via email on vip@betbeast.com. I will still place an update here once the account is verified.
We work with full transparency, we appreciate you are concerned about your money and I guarantee you that I will personally look into getting the withdrawal processed asap once you are verified but please make sure to always check your emails before accusing a casino of being sketchy.
