Da, potpuno se slažem sa vama 4 naloga (br. 1, 2, 3, 5) su imala isti problem sa nalogom, zato smo morali da prođemo isti proces video verifikacije u Telegram Betboom podršci i mi smo to uradili i vi potvrđujete da je " Provereno".
Posle nedelju dana moje žalbe ovde u Casino Guru-u, zatražili ste još jednu verifikaciju „kripto adrese" da bih se povukao, i tako sam to i učinio. Nakon toga ste tražili i da dozvolite mojim kolegama da urade isto da obrađuju kako biste vi obrađivali povlačenje, rekao sam im i tako opet oni podnose, a vi opet potvrđujete da je "Verifikovano" Šta vam još treba? Zašto je moj drugi kolega rešio svoj slučaj u kojem smo imali isti proces verifikacije? Zašto je moj nalog još uvek na čekanju? Zašto su druga dva još na čekanju? Za šta? Uopšte ne razumem. Ovde imam sve dokaze ako vam zatrebaju.

Da, moj kolega broj 3 je primio svoje stanje i rešio svoj slučaj ovde u kazino guruu, ali šta je sa mnom i ostala 2? Već sam imao dosta depozita i povlačenja, zašto ovaj put kada želim da podignem sav svoj saldo stalno odlažete? Zašto toliko kasni, mislio sam da ste već potvrdili da ćete ga obraditi kada dokument bude dostavljen, ali zašto ga još uvek nismo dobili? Da, ostala 2 nisu uključena u našu žalbu, to je ono što sam prikupio iz fizičke kripto prodavnice. Učinio sam ovo da ne bi bio problem kada povučemo ako vam zatreba. To ne bi trebalo da bude moj problem, ali pokušavam da vam pomognem da opravdate svoju žalbu. Drugi je rešio svoj slučaj, drugi nije još uvek na čekanju.

180 dana???? Ovo je ažuriranje koje želite da date nakon što se žalimo i obradimo? Podižem svoje stanje prošlog novembra 9.2023. (već je skoro mesec ili 30 dana), tako da vam treba još 150 dana? Dok vaši igrači ne zaborave naše račune? Zamislite da je to samo novac, ali koliko se više isplati kredibilitet kazina da plaća svoje igrače. Toliko novca ide u koji vam čak nije potrebna verifikacija da biste uplatili. Da li sam u pravu? Čak dozvoljavate igračima da polažu bez verifikacije (imam dokaze ovde ako su vam potrebni) sve dok primate sredstva; stavljate na naše račune i očekujem da ovo neće biti problem kada se povučemo. Sada želim da povučem svoje stanje. Kašnjenje? Verifikacija? 180 dana? Razumem da ćete odbiti moje povlačenje ako vam budu potrebne verifikacije. Sada, posle nedelja verifikacije, kažete da je „Verifikovano". Pa zašto je još uvek na čekanju? Ne razumem baš sve.
Koja je svrha onoga što kažete „Morate ovo da uradite da biste obrađivali? Da, uradio sam i isto kao i moje kolege. Gde je poštenje i poverenje u ovaj kazino? Da ste i vi na mojoj strani, takođe biste bili tako ljuti i uradi isto kao što sam ja uradio. Ovo zaista nije dobra stvar za odlaganje isplate vašim igračima nakon što ste tražili od njih da urade mnogo verifikacija i nakon što urade verifikaciju kažete još 180 dana? Ovo je previše vremena . A ti rešiš 1 slučaj, šta kažeš na ostala tri (ja i druga 2) je još na čekanju? Za šta? Ne razumem baš sve. Molim te pomozi i uradi nešto betboom. Nisam protiv tebe kazina ali ovo je tako stresan deo povlačenja. Molim vas pomozite kazino guruu.

Yes I totally agree with you 4 accounts (No.1,2,3,5) had the same issue of account, That's why we had to undergo the same process video verification in Telegram Betboom Support and we did it and you confirm its "Verified".
After a week of my complaint here in Casino Guru, you request another verification of "crypto address" in order for me to withdraw, and so I did it. Yes my colleague number 3 received his balance and resolve his case here in casino guru but how about me and the other 2? I had already plenty of deposit and withdrawal why this time when I want to withdraw all my balance you keep delaying over and again? Yes the other 2 is not included to our complaint, it is what I gather from the physical crypto store. I did this so it will not be in a problem the time we withdraw incase you need it. It should not be my problem but i'm trying to help you to justify my complaint. The other one resolve his case, the other one didn't still on pending.

I'm correct?You even let the players deposit without verification(I have proofs here if you need it) as long as you received the funds; you put in our accounts and so I expect this is not a problem the time we withdraw. Now I want to withdraw my balance. Delay? Verification? 180 days? I understand you will reject my withdrawal if you need verifications. Now, after weeks of verification you say its "Verified". So why still on pending? I don't really get it all.
What's the point of what you saying "You need to do this in order to process? Yes I did and same as my colleagues. Where's the being fair and trusted in this casino? If you are also on my side, you would also be so mad and do the same as what I did. This is really not a good thing for delaying your players payment after you requested them to do a lot of verifications and after they do the verification you saying another 180 days?
