Od 23.12.2024. čekam da se obradi moj zahtev za povlačenje.
U početku je sve bilo u redu. Registrovao sam se, prošao KIC proveru. Moja dokumenta su potvrđena. Napravio sam nekoliko depozita. Zatražio sam povlačenje. Moje povlačenje je obrađeno u roku od 24 sata. Sve je bilo u redu do trenutka kada se na računu nakupilo 835 evra.
Napravio sam zahtev za povlačenje 23.12.2024 u iznosu od 300 evra i još uvek nije obrađen.
Napisao sam u ćaskanju uživo, podrška mi je odgovorila da je moj nalog na dodatnoj verifikaciji i trebalo bi da sačekam ... nema perioda verifikacije ... nisu tražili nikakve dodatne dokumente ... periodično sam pisao pitajući kada povukao bi moj novac. U odgovoru su mi rekli da zbog praznika verifikacija kasni i zamolili me da napišem sutradan. dan...
Tako da sam pisao skoro svaki dan i tražili su da pišem sutradan. Rekli su da treba da sačekam odgovor putem mejla. Prošlo je više od 2 nedelje i smatram da je takvo odlaganje neprihvatljivo. Ali sam ipak nastavio da čekam.
Nakon današnje situacije, odlučio sam da napišem žalbu i zamolim Vas za pomoć
Ponovo sam pisao podršci pitajući kada će povlačenje biti odobreno, a oni su počeli da me ignorišu. Odgovorili su mi jednom frazom. "sačekajte odgovor e-poštom." Insistirao sam da dobijem neki vremenski okvir za svoju verifikaciju... ali su me ponovo ignorisali. Napisao sam da ne želim više da se igram sa tobom i tražio da mi daju moj novac. Napravio sam zahteve za povlačenje sa preostalim stanjem.
Želim da napomenem da nisam dobio mnogo novca od njih. Sav novac koji imam na računu, ako saberete sve moje uplate i isplate, onda je to čisto moj novac. Od dobitka je 72 evra
(odnosno preko udaljenosti sam u plusu za 72 evra) (snimci ekrana su u prilogu)
zato sam od njih tražio svoj novac. Rekao sam da mi ne treba ništa drugo od tebe. Samo mi daj moj novac..
na kraju je čet zatvoren i blokiran. Ne mogu da napišem ništa drugo. Podrška putem e-pošte takođe ignoriše. Poslao sam e-mail 3. januara. Još uvek nisam dobio odgovor.
Razumem naravno da je bilo praznika i možda nekih poteškoća sa obradom povlačenja ili nekih drugih problema. Ali nikada neću razumeti kada počnu da ignorišu i blokiraju ćaskanja uživo. Nisam bio grub ni prema kome.
Ako dođe do promena i budem deblokiran u ćaskanju, svakako ću vas obavestiti.

After today's situation, I decided to write a complaint and ask you for help
I wrote to support again asking when the withdrawal would be approved, and they started ignoring me. They answered me with one phrase. "wait for an email response." I kept insisting that I get some time frame for my verification... but they ignored me again. I wrote that I don't want to play with you anymore and demanded that they give me my money. I created withdrawal requests with the balance remaining.
I want to note that I didn't win much money from them. All the money that I have on my balance, if you add up all my deposits and withdrawals, then it's purely my money. Of the winnings there is 72 EUR

in the end, the chat was closed and blocked. I can't write anything else. Support by email also ignores. I sent an email on January 3rd. I still haven't received a response.
I understand of course that there were holidays and maybe some difficulties with processing the withdrawal or some other problems. But I will never understand when they start ignoring and blocking live chats. I was not rude to anyone.
