Ovo mesto ima užasnu korisničku uslugu. Redovno bih morao da tražim da mi se deponovana sredstva uplate na račun. Kada sam tražio pojašnjenje o limitima povlačenja, dobio sam dvosmislene odgovore. Nije da sam ikada osvojio nešto nakon što sam prošao oko 600 dolara. Pretpostavljam da nemam sreće, lol.
Obično bih samo nastavio dalje, ali ovi klovnovi me sada na neki način vrte oko mog poslednjeg depozita. Tvrdeći da je već uplaćeno, ili da nikada nisam deponovao sredstva, ili da rade na kreditiranju mog računa. Priča se razlikuje sa kojim agentom za podršku razgovarate. I sesije ćaskanja ističu nakon kratkog vremena bez aktivnosti, tako da sam razgovarao sa svima njima, nekima od njih nekoliko puta.
Prošlo je više od 12 sati i oni nastavljaju da rade istu stvar. Svaki put kada pružim dokaz o uplati, priznanicu od njihovog trećeg dobavljača plaćanja, do koje mogu da dođem koristeći veze na kontrolnoj tabli svog naloga. Dajem im ovaj neosporan dokaz o depozitu, i očigledno nije u mom korisničkom novčaniku, a opet stalno dobijam isto. Ovo je komično u ovom trenutku, i očigledno je da sam opljačkan.

This place has horrible customer service. I would regularly have to ask for deposited funds to be credited to my account. When asking for clarification on withdrawal limits, I received ambiguous answers. Not that I ever won anything after running through about $600. I guess Im very unlucky, lol.
Normally Id just move on, but these clowns are giving me some kind of run around now about my most recent deposit. Claiming its already been credited, or that I never deposited funds, or they are working on crediting my account. The story differs between which support agent you talk to. And the chat sessions expire after a little time with no activity, so Ive talked to all of them, some of them a few times.
Its been over 12 hours and they continue doing the same thing. Each time I provide proof of payment, a receipt from their 3rd party payment provider, that I can get to by using the links on my account dashboard. I give them this indisputable proof of deposit, and its clearly not in my user wallet, yet I keep getting the same run around. Its comical at this point, and its obvious I've been ripped off.
