Dobio sam 20 besplatnih okretaja za svoj depozit u nedelju. Osvojio sam oko 1,50 € u ovim besplatnim okretima, nakon toga sam osvojio ukupno €3690 u drugoj igri sa ovim novcem. Nisam igrao više od 2 evra.
Otvorio sam LiveChat i pitao da li su ispunjeni uslovi i mogu da podignem ovih 3690 evra. Rečeno mi je da, uslovi su ispunjeni i isplata nije problem. Nakon zahteva za povlačenje, ponovo je zatraženo da učitam dokaz o adresi. Jesam i račun je u potpunosti verifikovan do 15:00 u ponedeljak.
Od tada nisam ništa čuo i samo sam bio odložen. Glavna stvar je da sam reklamiran kao najbolji pobednik na 1. mestu.
Imao sam nešto isplaćeno i ranije, ali to je UVEK bilo urađeno za vrlo kratko vreme i bilo je na računu sledećeg dana.
Totalno sam iznerviran!

I opened the LiveChat and asked if the conditions are met and I can withdraw these 3690 euros. I was told yes, the conditions are met and the payout is no problem. After the withdrawal request, I was asked again to upload proof of address. I did and the account was fully verified by 3pm on Monday.
Since then I haven't heard anything and I've only been put off. The main thing is that I am advertised as the top winner in 1st place.
I've had something paid out before, but this was ALWAYS done in a very short time and was in the account the following day.

Ich habe den LiveChat geöffnet und gefragt ob die Bedingungen erfüllt sind und ich diese 3690 Euro auszahlen lassen kann. Man sagte mir , ja, die Bedingungen sind erfüllt und die Auszahlung ist kein Problem. Nach dem Auszahlungsantrag wurde ich erneut aufgefordert einen Adressnachweis hochzuladen. Habe ich gemacht und das Konto war am Montag um 15 Uhr vollständig verifiziert.
Seitdem höre ich nichts mehr und werde nur vertröstet. Hauptsache als Top Gewinner auf Platz 1 wird mit mir geworben.
Ich habe schon öfter etwas auszahlen lassen, dies geschah jedoch IMMER in kürzester Zeit und war am Folgetag auf dem Konto.
Ich ärgere mich total!
