Deponovao sam oko 32 dolara ili 0,014 Ethereum kriptovaluta u Bovadu.
Dok se čeka da se depozit pojavi, veb lokacija je zatvorena radi održavanja. Vratilo se tek u 6 ujutro sledećeg dana.
Kada sam se prijavio, mojih sredstava nije bilo.
Prva osoba za onlajn pomoć/četovanje me je uverila da su moja sredstva deponovana, ali da je došlo do „štucanja" u sistemu.
Oni su "eskalirali" pitanje i rekli da ću se javiti za 24-48 sati.
Ponovo sam se prijavio 12 sati kasnije i sredstava još uvek nije bilo.
Druga osoba za pomoć/čet na mreži je podnela „prijavu" i takođe „eskalirala" problem.
Kada sam im rekao da ne želim da čekam 48 sati i da želim da razgovaram sa menadžerom, oni su to više puta odbijali.
Ponovo sam se prijavio više od 30 sati kasnije, a moja sredstva još uvek nisu bila tamo.
Treća osoba za ćaskanje je rekla da moja sredstva nisu prihvaćena jer je moj depozit manji od 50 dolara!
Poslao je vezu do njihove politike koja kaže istu stvar kao i obaveštenje na veb stranici o depozitu i bilo je nešto čega sam znao: „Ethereum depoziti manji od 0,01 ETH neće biti poštovani."
Objasnio sam "Endiju B." da je moj depozit bio .014 i iznad potrebnog iznosa od .01, ali matematika je morala biti previše komplikovana jer on nije razumeo i ponovo je odbio da mi dozvoli da razgovaram sa menadžerom!
Pročitao sam njihove uslove korišćenja usluge i pod „Prihvatanje depozita" piše „obavestićemo vas ako vaš zahtev za depozit bude odbijen".
Pa, nikada nisam bio zvanično obavešten o tome mejlom.
Pa pretpostavljam, da sumiram, opljačkao me Bovada.

While waiting for the deposit to show up, the website shut down for maintenance. It did not come back up until 6 AM the following day.
When I logged in, my funds weren't there.
The first online help/chat person assured me that my funds were deposited but that there was just a "hiccup" in the system.
They "escalated" the issue and said I'd hear back in 24-48 hrs.
I logged back in 12 hours later and funds still weren't there.
The second online help/chat person filed a "report" and "escalated" the issue as well.
When I told them that I did not want to wait 48 hours and wanted to chat with a manager, they refused repeatedly.
I logged back in more than 30 hours later and my funds still weren't there.
The third chat person said that my funds weren't accepted because my deposit was less than $50!
He sent a link to their policy which says the same thing as the notice on the deposit webpage and was something I was aware of, "Ethereum deposits less than 0.01 ETH will not be honored."
I explained to "Andy B." that my deposit was .014 and above the required amount of .01 but the mathematics must have been too complicated because he did not understand and again refused to let me chat with a manager!
I read their terms of service and under "Acceptance of Deposit" it says, "we shall notify you if your Deposit Request is rejected."
Well, I was never notified officially of that by email.
So I guess, to sum it up, I got robbed by Bovada.
