18. oktobra podneo sam zahtev za povlačenje u kazinu Bruno sa iznosom od € 100,- koji treba da bude isplaćen u kripto (lajtkoin). Zatražio sam da se povlačenje isplati u kripto (lajtkoin), jer je to upravo način na koji sam deponovao prošli put, a to je ono što Bruno traži, prema T&C. Ali sada, 14 dana kasnije, još uvek nije primljena uplata. Kontaktirao sam podršku nekoliko puta, putem ćaskanja i e-pošte, ali i dalje se ne vidi napredak. Prema njihovoj sopstvenoj politici, to bi moglo da potraje i do 72 sata , ali je to vreme prošlo pre 11 dana...
