Na osnovu priloženog snimka ekrana, morate da uplatite pre nego što podignete stanje sa izabranim načinom plaćanja. Takođe imajte na umu da ako deponujete metodom, to ne znači automatski da ga možete koristiti i za podizanje.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Casinoly. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.
Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Which method did you use for deposit and which one do you want to use to withdraw? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Based on the screenshot provided, you have to deposit prior to withdrawing balance with the chosen payment method. Also please keep in mind that if you deposit with a method, it doesn't automatically mean that you can use it to withdraw too.
