Uprkos svakodnevnom kontaktu sa onlajn timom 24/7, postoji toliko izgovora zašto ovo nije obrađeno. Rečeno mi je da sačekam da dobijem novosti putem e-pošte.
Problemi sa InPai-om se očigledno istražuju - ovo je standardni odgovor svaki put kada pitam. Nažalost, dok sam čekao isplatu napravio sam još nekoliko depozita
Duboko sam zabrinut da ovaj sajt radi nepošteno - tražio sam kopiju svih mojih transkripata ćaskanja i pitali su me za koju svrhu su mi potrebni. Savetovao sam da ću podneti žalbu. Takođe sam tražio da se razmotri poništenje mog povlačenja kako bih mogao da isprobam drugačiji metod povlačenja. Bez odgovora.
Od juče nije uspostavljen nikakav dalji kontakt.
- Nadam se da ću ovo rešiti kako bi moj nalog mogao da bude zatvoren zauvek. Možda ću morati da prebrojim svoje gubitke ovde, ali, sa nedavnim recenzijama i sličnim problemima sa klijentima, ovaj sajt će morati da istraži pre nego što bilo ko drugi bude pogođen.
Still waiting for my payout - requested on 21 March.
Despite daily contact with the 24/7 online team, there are so many excuses to why this hasn't been processed. I've been told to wait to hear via email with any updates.
The issues with InPay apparently are being investigated - this is a stock standard answer every time I enquire. Unfortunately while waiting for my payout I made a few more deposits
I'm deeply concerned this site is operating dishonestly - I have asked for a copy of all my chat transcripts and was asked for what purpose i needed these for. I have advised that I will be laying a complaint. I have also asked that a reversal of my withdrawal be considered so I can try a different method of withdrawl. No response.
No further contact has been made since yesterday.
- I am hoping to resolve this so my account can be closed for good. Might have to count my losses here but, with the recent reviews and similar customer issues, this site will need investigating before anyone else is affected.
