Sinoć dok sam igrao i proveravao kretanje računa primetio sam povlačenje 30 hiljada pezosa. Kao rezultat toga, nisam mogao više da igram jer mi je bilans bio nula. Pokušao sam da prijavim blagajniku, ali nisam mogao da se ponovo prijavim jer je lozinka promenjena. Blagajnica mi je rekla da je administrativni menadžer Edith zatvorila panel. Napravio sam snimke ekrana svih naših razgovora, a korisnička podrška uvek odgovara istim stvarima. Jedan operater mi je čak rekao da će me umoriti mojom žalbom i da niko iz Kleopatrabeta neće preuzeti odgovornost za moju nagradu.

A cajera se robo ma plata y asi estly desde el 4 de sept reclamandl mi premio.soporte me dice que se comunican co migo para resolver y la administradoda dice qje no piede entrar al panel que estaba cerrado y asi me tienen con la bicicleta entre las dos y soporte aue siempre me da las mismaa respuesras, entre otras cosas diciendome que no es culpa.dd ella que yo.juegue , me quizo ofrecer 5mil pesos del totsl de mi premio
Tengo todas las capturas de las conversaciones , y soporte siemñre responde lo mismo , la misma operadora me dijo q me ibana cansar de hacer la queja q nadie de cleopatrabet se iba a hacer cargo dd mi premio
