pošto Tritium Casino još uvek nije zvanično naveden ovde, sada se žalim i na Cristalpoker.
Generalno, radi se o provajderu Versus Odds. U prošlosti sam igrao u nekoliko kazina ovog provajdera. Malo po malo sam blokirao svoje račune igrača u odgovarajućim kazinima. Zbog mog problematičnog ponašanja u igricama, tada sam zamolio Versus Odds da me blokira sa cele Versus Odds mreže zbog zavisnosti od kockanja, tako da ne mogu da se registrujem ni u jednom postojećem ili novom Versus Odds kazinu. Znam ovaj blok sa drugih mreža kao što su Dama, Rabidi, Hollicorn, itd...
Znam da vlasnici nisu u obavezi da blokiraju sve platforme u isto vreme. Međutim, neki nude ovo.
Zahtev i potvrda ovog mrežnog bloka je napravljena putem ćaskanja uživo iz drugog kazina, ali ne mogu da se setim tačno kog. (Volfi Casino, Blacklion Casino, ...). Nemam nikakav pismeni dokaz o ovom bloku.
Sada, 28. juna, mogao sam da se registrujem u Cristalpoker kazinu, uplatim €20 i igram.
Pokrenuo me je promotivni email, moja greška.
Nakon toga sam nastavio u Tritium Casino i deponovao €255. Takođe sam uspešno verifikovan.
Obe registracije nisu trebalo da budu moguće zbog moje zabrane. Zatim sam trajno zatvorio oba naloga na svom igračkom nalogu.
Voleo bih da mi se depoziti od 20 € u Cristalpoker kazinu i €255 u Tritium kazinu refundiraju jer zabrane nisu stupile na snagu.
E-poruke za Cristalpoker Casino i Tritium Casino su do danas potpuno ignorisane od strane oba kazina. Nisam dobio nikakav odgovor, baš ništa. Bilo da se radi o imejl adresama podrške ili e-mail adresama finansijskog odeljenja.
Čini se da zabrane provajdera ne funkcionišu baš najbolje, pošto sam danas, 3. jula, primio promotivnu e-poštu od Cristalpoker kazina, iako je moj nalog blokiran od 28. juna.
