Nažalost, odgovor koji sam dobio od predstavnika kazina bio je identičan vašem. Odbili su da ponude bilo kakve dodatne informacije ili dokaze u vezi sa vašim slučajem.
Nažalost, zbog odbijanja kazina da pruži dokaze za ovaj slučaj, nemam izbora nego da zatvorim ovu žalbu kao nerešenu. Bez saradnje kazina, temeljna istraga jednostavno nije izvodljiva. Pored toga, pošto kazino radi bez važeće licence i ne odnosi se ni na jednu ADR uslugu, nema ovlašćenja za igre na sreću kojoj se možete obratiti.
Označiću žalbu kao „nerešenu" u našem sistemu. Razumem da ovo nije rešenje kojem ste se nadali. Međutim, smanjenje rejtinga kazina zbog nerešenih žalbi može ih podstaći da promene svoj pristup. Ukoliko kazino odluči da sarađuje u budućnosti, ponovo ćemo otvoriti žalbu i obavestiti vas putem e-pošte.

Unfortunately, the response I received from the casino representative was identical to yours. They declined to offer any additional information or evidence related to your case.
Regrettably, due to the casino's refusal to provide evidence for this case, I have no choice but to close this complaint as unresolved. Without the casino's cooperation, a thorough investigation is simply not feasible. Additionally, since the casino operates without a valid license and does not refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.
I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this is not the resolution you were hoping for. However, the decrease in the casino's rating due to unresolved complaints may encourage them to change their approach. Should the casino decide to cooperate in the future, we will reopen the complaint and notify you via email.
