If you email the above address you should be pointed in the right direction. It took me ages to get responses but every week I just kept sending them the emails.


I didn’t get all my deposits back but got refunded of around 60% and had to sign a disclaimer.

Did the IGA respond in due course? I have Velobet in a corner because they allowed me to deposit when I asked them not too etc after reopening account. They however won't provide me with transcripts that prove me right! They are horrible customer service etc I can't stand them

Možete pokušati, ali u Nemačkoj je skoro nemoguće izvršiti povraćaj sredstava za kazina u vezi sa izmenjenim transakcijama.


Većina banaka ih blokira jer Mastercardov vodič za povraćaj sredstava kaže da transakcije povezane sa kockanjem ne ispunjavaju uslove za povraćaj sredstava, tako da nije važno da li je MCC izmenjen.

Ako podnesete povraćaj sredstava jer niste primili uslugu, banke će tražiti račune, koje ne možete predati jer nema računa.


Čak sam izgubio u jednom slučaju povraćaja sredstava jer je trgovac predstavio lažne fakture, pa budite spremni na sve!

No sorry I don’t know who processed the payment. I just contacted Visiola and they refunded me direct. I think I must have just been very lucky at the time.
