Upravo sam dobio poziv od chase banke nakon 4-nedeljnog slučaja prevare i prevare i oni su odbili bilo kakav povraćaj novca jer nisu videli prevaru ili prevarnu aktivnost.
Imam i otvorenu pritužbu u kojoj kažem da ne želim da na kraju ide putem prevare ako bi to trebalo da bude jednostavno povraćaj sredstava za neprimanje robe ili usluga.
Uprkos tome što me elegro traži da nateram svoju banku da započne proces povraćaja sredstava, oni se i dalje ne pridržavaju.
Dajem mu poslednji pokušaj sa potragom za procesiranje povraćaja sredstava i za ishod moje žalbe, a onda ću morati da je odnesem FOS-u.
Mislio sam da će to biti dugo, ali jednostavno neprimanje robe ili usluga.
Hi all,
Just had a call off chase bank after a 4 week scam and fraud case and they have declined any refund as they didn't see any scam or fraudulent activity.
I have an open complaint aswell saying I did not want it to go down the scam fraud route at the end if the day it should be a simple chargeback for non reciept of goods or services.
Despite elegro asking me to get my bank to start the refund process they are still not complying.
I am giving it 1 last shot with chase to process chargebacks and for the outcome of my complaint and then I will have to take it to the FOS.
I thought it would be a long but simple non reciept of goods or services.
