Nakon što sam postao žrtva goldenbet-a, naišao sam na ovaj forum i proveo poslednjih 6 sati čitajući od strane 1. Zaista je tužno videti koliko je ranjivih ljudi postalo žrtva ovih prevarantskih kazina i čini se da je zaista samo nevolja ko dobija refundaciju. U svakom slučaju, nameravam da okušam sreću da dobijem povraćaj sredstava za svoje depozite.
Prethodno sam bio na GAMSTOP-u 5 godina i kada se završilo u junu, otkrio sam da mogu da pristupim samo jednoj kladionici u Velikoj Britaniji (Bet365) sa veoma niskim limitom depozita. Naišao sam na Goldenbet preko strimera i nakon velike pobede na mom prvom depozitu, počeo sam da se vraćam i otkrio sam da se okrećem slotovima kad god sam bio pod stresom.
U poslednja tri meseca deponovao sam preko 10.000 funti (preko 100 transakcija) što me je dovelo u ozbiljne finansijske poteškoće i želeo bih da pokušam da vratim ovaj novac kako bih sve ovo ostavio iza sebe.
Koliko sam shvatio, ne bih imao osnova za povraćaj sredstava preko MCC-a pošto nije bilo blokada na mom nalogu pošto je moj GAMSTOP istekao (zbog čega sam mogao da pristupim bet365), pa bi bilo najbolje da zatražim na osnovu „roba nije primljena" ili ću ovo će biti odbijeno i zbog količine transakcija istim trgovcima?
Da li sam u pravu kada mislim da treba da pošaljem e-poruku trgovcima koje mogu prvo da pronađem i zatražim informacije o plaćanjima i onome što sam kupio (u potpunosti ne očekujući odgovor) i da to koristim kao dokaz tokom mog zahteva za povraćaj sredstava?
Mogu li još nešto da uradim da dodatno ojačam svoju tvrdnju?

After falling victim to goldenbet, I’ve came across this forum and spent the last 6 hours reading from page 1. It’s really sad to see how many vulnerable people have fallen victim to these scam casinos and seems it really is just potluck as to who gets refunded. Either way I intend on trying my luck on getting a refund for my deposits.
I was previously on GAMSTOP for 5 years and once it ended in June, I found I could only access a single UK bookie (Bet365) with a very low deposit limit. I came across Goldenbet via streamers and after a big win on my first deposit, I began to relapse and found myself turning to slots whenever I was stressed.
In the last three months I have deposited over £10,000 (over 100 transactions) which has put me in serious financial difficulty and would like to try get this money back so I can put this all behind me.
From my understanding, I would not have grounds for chargeback through MCC as there were no blocks on my account as my GAMSTOP had expired (hence why I could access bet365) so would I be best off requesting based on "goods not received" or will this get rejected also due to the amount of transactions to the same merchants?
Am I correct in thinking I should email the merchants I can find first and request information on the payments and what I have purchased (fully expecting no reply) and use that as evidence during my chargeback request?
Is there anything else I could do to further strengthen my claim?
My payments were made via debit card (Barclays) and are mostly from:
