Yes I had a couple of lower amounts successfully withdrawn, but when it came to a substantial withdrawal, they have decided to drag their feet. Perhaps that is how they sucker peope in.

Common. There are a couple of videos that I have seen on YouTube, shorts, here and there. Even some casino movies mimic those incidents and add it into the movie scenes.
