Hi, trying to withdraw for one month is quite a lot. I also noticed that you've already opened a complaint, which is a good step. 

Regarding verification, what does the casino require from you to make the photos more visible or what specifically ? Sometimes I understand that all the details have to be visible properly, so I'm just trying to find out how it is. Did you try to see what you could do ?

Thanks a lot for the hope ☺️ . The truth is that they never told me what is the problem. Each time i upload the photos required and the next day the status is again in the previous state (verification required). I cannot upload here the exact photo because i always take them when i m online in their page and upload them. The photos didn't saved in my phone but as i am able to see they are clear enough. All the details are visible in my identification card. I suppose they are typing just to avoid the payment and this is very unfair. In any case thanks again for the support.

In cases like this, I think it's always important to know what's going on and especially the reason from the casino, because if you don't know it either, we can only guess how it really is. But it's especially frustrating when you've uploaded a document several times and nothing happens, you just need to upload it again. It doesn't seem normal to me if you ask what you need to do differently and the casino ignores you.

Dobro jutro. Nadam se da možemo da pomognemo jedni drugima! Ako pročitate moje postove, videćete da sam napravio 2 povlačenja koja su na čekanju 25 dana. Tražili su od mene ličnu kartu i selfi identifikaciju direktno na njihovoj stranici. Uradio sam to bezbroj puta i par dana nakon svakog uploada ponovo me pitaju isto. U ćaskanju, koliko god puta pričao, nisam dobio ništa. Samo mi kažu da fotografija nije jasna i da inače nije dozvoljena iz bezbednosnih razloga. Zato što sam im rekao da pošalju poštom šta hoće, posle postavljanja na stranicu nema posla. Stvarno sam se toliko trudio. Nadam se da se to neće desiti ni vama, samo se bojim da jesu u velikim količinama. Prijatelju koji je uradio 270 nisu tražili ličnu kartu i odmah su ih stavili. Ja bih vam savetovao da ga otkažete i podelite na 2. Sada, na primer, ne mogu da otkažem jer su prošli dani, a već su mi tražili identifikaciju.
