Kindly note that we have tried to explain multiple times that the bonus without a deposit that you have received was a complementary bonus provided by our team.
As per the T&C stated on the website all such bonuses do have certain limitations. Furthermore, we went above and beyond these by increasing the maximum withdrawable amount from the no-deposit bonus for your account as goodwill gesture.
