Seems ok to me.

Will wait for your reply, maybe the German version is outdated or under a different license. Some casinos have separate websites and licenses for players from certain countries. Not sure this is the case though.

Da, to me je učinilo veoma nesigurnim i nisam ni znao da vidljivost zavisi od zemlje, sada ima mnogo smisla. Video sam nešto ovako u drugim kazinima i uvek sam se pitao zašto je to tako.


Ali i dalje je glupo da postoje dva različita provajdera.


Na primer, ako sam blokiran u Rabidi i registrujem se u ovom kazinu jer to nije Rabidi NV već drugi provajder, onda bih imao problema samo u slučaju pobede. To negde nije fer, mislim, ali zahvaljujući tebi sam sada pametniji i znam to 🙂 Hvala na pojašnjenju.

I agree, it might sound suspicious. Now I recall the first time I was comparing my screenshot with another player, we both were totally sure we are both correct because the website showed different seals to both of us 😂.

Ono što sam zaista mislio pod primerom je da sam blokiran u drugom kazinu od Rabidi NV (Casinoli). Imao sam problem i bio sam zabranjen.


Recimo da mi je zabranjen pristup u kazinu Rabidi NV zbog zavisnosti od kockanja i ne znam da LuckiHeroes takođe pripada Rabidi NV pošto vidim drugog provajdera na veb stranici, onda ako uplatim i igram na LuckiHeroes, ja bih i npr. Lucki pobeđuje, samo imam problema sa isplatom jer LuckiHeroes Casino pripada Rabidi NV i zabranjeno mi je zavisnost od kockanja u drugom kazinu čiji je vlasnik Rabidi NV. Imaju moje podatke u svojoj bazi podataka. Nikada ne bih isplatio svoj dobitak.


Ali, na sreću, možete pitati ovde i uvek dobiti super korisne odgovore od vas, tako da znam da neću igrati na LuckiHeroes-u 🙂

You might be surprised but what you described it's not the business standard. 🙂

For example, we do not consider any sister casinos - even under the same management or owner - to act with such unity.

The standard is actually quite opposite. We have to remind players that when they self-exclude in casino "A", the "B" casino is most likely expected to let you register deposit, and play.

The point is, untill the support or operator doesn't confirm you are "expelled" from the whole group, you probably aren't.

That's why I asked you - I wanted to make sure that especially vulnerable players should keep this approach in mind.
