1) I was apply for withdrawal at 2/29

Approved 3/13 $2000 already passed from approved 10 business days

2) let me update my document

Supplemented all the documents they requested

3) closed my account: after approved (3/13) still didn’t get money even I can’t contact the casino because they closed my account send 3 times email but Only automatic responses are returned

I need know Why did I go through all the procedures they wanted still don’t want pay and close account?

Have you got any email from the casino explaining why your account was closed, perhaps? They should tell you the reason, in my opinion. Have you had any successful withdrawal there before, or was this your first one?

You have done the right thing to submit a complaint here with our team, they will surely try to find out what is going on, and why the casino closed your account. I’m new to this I’m but I’m not new to gambling online. I’ve been doing it for a good year and a half now and I won a significant amount of money. So on Lucky legends, I won the jackpot probably about a half a year ago and I had no problem after I complained for a little bit about not getting my money after so long. I finally got to someone who helped me and I had the money the same day I won 1600 now I just recently won 500 on there and I have done everything like verify my identity given that my bitcoin address is on Coinbase cash app and bitcoin three times I have been told that the supervisor is not on duty. I have been lied to about having to come back to chat with someone an hour later and no one helps me they keep telling me I have to wait another 24 hours to 48 hours. They’ve escalated my account to the finance team now I have the email to the finance team and I was going to email them . I have read all the terms and conditions I’ve been doing this for a while so I know that I’ve met every term and condition there is to meet they are seriously making me mad. I have put a significant amount of money into this casino and didn’t think that they would do this to me I am a valued customer, does anyone have any advice on what to do?

At least the Complaint Team has a chance to find the bottom of this curious situation. I presume you are not aware of anything you might have done wrong while playing in this casino, which frankly leaves us completely out of reasonable suggestions.

Just one thing: if you say "All accounts verified" how many accounts are we talking about?

You know, in such situations, I feel it's better to give the complaint proper time. I don't want to speculate.

Be patient, please. Hopefully, further information will be gathered, and if there is a way to resolve it, the Team will take whatever it takes to do so.

I've been waiting on a payout since March 2nd when I won $1,000 at lucky Legends. I have read some reviews and understand they have a fairly long time before they pay out. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and keeping a good attitude towards them because so far they've been really helpful to me although I don't understand why it takes so long but I hope that the time is growing short and I will be paid my winnings soon. I really want to give a good score to them because they have been quite helpful and courteous when I've contacted them. The Waiting though is kind of rough not knowing when exactly I'll be paid. If they do pay me in the next 48 hours or so that they just told me they would in the chat then I will give them a very good review because overall except for the wait they've been fairly nice to me.

It has been two weeks and I have tried in every way to complete the verification process with lucky legends casino. They took Mt drivers license and selfie..verified it thank took my banking info and stopped at pending. So thru both their documents@luckylegends.com and their help@Lucky legends.com I have submitted drivers license...2 different mastercard credit cards....a bank debit card...proof of address... All I have received back is an email stating they have received email and it will be dealt with within 72 hours with no further response. What can I do next?
