if you know about players who need help, point them here - complaint is a service free for everyone.

I guess it sounds logical.

You know, many players claim they have never set up a second account, and many of them are proven wrong.

The best solution is to submit the complaint and stand up face to face to the complaint process. We can't help everyone, but we always inform what seems to be the fairest resolution at least.

Anyway, every unresolved complaint has consequences for the casino, so it's worth it 🙂.

Tako sam izgubio mnogo novca na N1Bet-u. Kada sam nešto osvojio, želeli su da se verifikujem za isplatu. I ja sam ovo uradio i imam 40 hiljada koje želim da isplatim, sada saznajem da je limit isplate 2500 evra nedeljno i 12 hiljada mesečno. Čekam 5 dana, a čet stalno govori molim sačekajte strpljivo. Da li je ovo sada kazino sajt za prevaru? Znam ovo od prijatelja koji zapravo nisu imali problema sa sajtom, ali šta nije u redu sa njima? Više puta sam pisao VIP menadžeru, nema odgovora, ne znam kako dalje. As for the limits themselves, we have the same limits listed on our website, so it should be fine.

However, did you ask the casino for any reason why you are waiting for the withdrawal ?
