Hmm from the screenshots I understand that the deposit should be rolled 1x for AML that's fine. You said you broke max bet but I see from the next screenshot that your bet was €2 which shouldn't be a problem for me. I don't think it's right that they took your money because you can still spin 1x deposit even after winning, so it's good that you filed a complaint. Let's see how our team will approach it.

Certainly, that's a good point and there's probably no need to close the complaint yet unless everything is fine. 

Anyway, you can definitely mention that you have some progress, but if you tell Nick that the issue is still not resolved and you would like to keep the complaint open until the money is in your account, then there will be no issue with that. 

Hopefully you will be able to get the rest of the funds and enjoy them.

Sinoć sam osvojio €2700 u N1 onlajn kazinu. Nakon sati razgovora sa ćaskanjem za podršku i otpremanja oko 40 dokumenata, konačno sam dobio potvrdu od podrške da je moj nalog sada u potpunosti verifikovan i da mogu da izvršim povlačenje. Takođe sam dobio e-poštu u kojoj se navodi da je moj nalog sada u potpunosti verifikovan.


Uradio sam to i želeo sam da mi 2700 evra bude isplaćeno na račun. Nekoliko sati kasnije, ovo je ponovo odbijeno i razgovor za podršku je ponovo rekao da moram da verifikujem svoj nalog i otpremim dokaz adrese iako sam to već uradio davno i nalog je već u potpunosti verifikovan.


Ovi chat botovi mi uopšte ne pomažu, nema telefonskog broja i osećam se kao da sam opljačkan. Da li postoji način da dođem do prave osobe sa N1 koja može da reši ovaj problem umesto mene?


Ili može neko ovde na forumu da mi pomogne?


Bio bih srećan svakom odgovoru.
