Živeli druže.. revolut je sada podigao moj povraćaj sredstava sa artstrid -roba/usluga nije primljena. Dakle, barem preko prve prepreke. Prema prethodnim objavama koje sam video da će artstrid verovatno osporiti spor, ali na kraju dana nisam dobio ništa (digitalna umetnost) u zamenu za moje uplate. Ništa nije poslato na moju adresu e-pošte za potvrdu kupovine, npr. ID rezervacije/referenca itd. Čak ni nemam novčanik da pošaljem sve ovo. Dakle, ako ne mogu da pruže dokaz za ovo, mislite da bi povraćaj sredstava bio uspešan. Postoji li još nešto što biste preporučili da se sprovede protiv ove mafije, vidim stvari o gdpr-u? Tbh nisam upoznat sa ovim, ali zvuči kao da pomaže da podržava povraćaj sredstava
Cheers mate.. revolut have now raised my chargeback with artstrid -goods/services not received. So at least over the first hurdle. According to previous posts I've seen artstrid will likely challenge the dispute but at the end of the day I didn't receive anything (digital art) in return for my payments. Nothing was sent to my email address to confirm purchases ie booking id/ reference etc. I dont even own a wallet to send all this too. So if they can't provide proof of this, you'd think the chargeback would be successful. Is there anything else you'd recommend carrying out against this mob, I'm seeing stuff about a gdpr? Tbh I'm not familiar with this but sounds like it helps supports the chargeback
