Have they blocked your card or anything? Usually a Notice to close puts restrictions on your account, can also make it harder to open an account elsewhere too

I didn't contact them but received a refund direct from them after raising disputes.

Ah ok.. Im with Revolut so doubt raising a dispute with gambling will work.. is this the route you went down? Any help be appreciated

Can I ask, what happens now that it's in the papers and one of you are saying it's happened before. Do I need to contact them to say I've used these sites or do they know 🤷🏻‍♀️?


I literally feel at a loss just now, starling won't help as over 120 days and now my 2 biggest merchants pixeleum and nikotpf are saying they won't refund, between them two I have 17.5k in transactions! How can I get this back? I've sent an email to a company called Refundee to see if they can help.

I tried with Starling and they point blank refused saying they don't chargeback as they are gambling transactions (I was honest with them) I tried pleading my case with them but they then said as it's out of the 120 days they couldn't do anything.


With Bank of Scotland I raised disputes for goods/services not received ie digital art, gift cards and have had some refunded but they have closed my accounts apparently because of breach of T&C's and the amount of disputes raised.


It's pixeleum and nikotpf I want refunded as it's a huge amount of money and they are refusing. I want to know more about the new things happening in the news and what that means for us.
