Treba mi tvoja pomoć. Početkom aprila, osvojio sam skoro 600.000 HUF na sajtu. Mogao bih da ga zatražim u četiri dela od po 150.000 HUF zbog ograničenja povlačenja. Prva dva povlačenja su trajala 10 i 11 dana za prijem, što mi nije smetalo. Video sam da i drugi imaju slične probleme, ali su na kraju plaćeni. Nakon toga, sajt je od mene zatražio dokumente. Neću u detalje kako je bilo teško sve sakupiti, jer su stalno tražili razne stvari. Na kraju su čak tražili i dokument koji pokazuje moj depozit iz februara. Najveća šala je što sam se kod njih prijavio krajem marta, pa nisam mogao da pružim takav dokument. Kada sam ovo objasnio podršci, tražili su od mene da to dokažem. U tom trenutku već sam razmišljao da zatražim vašu pomoć, ali sam uvek mislio da će to na kraju biti rešeno. Konačno, nakon još mnogo mejlova i oko 100 razgovora sa podrškom, prihvatili su sve za ukupno 50 dana, tačnije 20. maja. ne preterujem; ako treba, mogu to dokazati. Bilo je trenutaka kada sam ih kontaktirao tokom posla jer je cela situacija bila tako frustrirajuća.
Posle ovoga tražio sam novac u dva dela: 20. maja 150.000 HUF i 21. 138.000 HUF. Zanimljivo je da je poslednji zahtev plaćen u roku od 7 dana, ali još uvek čekam prvih 150.000 HUF povlačenja. Prošlo je 18 radnih dana, a danas, posle mnogo mejlova, dobio sam odgovor: „Izvinite, malo kasni, ali ne brinite, sve je u redu". Da dodam da sam pisao pre 3 dana, juče, a i danas. Konačno su odgovorili na današnju poruku istim odgovorom koji sam dobio prošle nedelje. Molim vas pomozite, jer ovo je nečuveno, i šta god da pišem, ne plaćaju mi.

After this, I requested the money in two parts: on May 20th, 150,000 HUF, and on the 21st, 138,000 HUF. Interestingly, the latter request was paid within 7 days, but I'm still waiting for the first 150,000 HUF withdrawal. It has now been 18 business days, and today, after many emails, I received the response: "sorry, it's a bit delayed, but don't worry, everything is fine." I should add that I wrote 3 days ago, yesterday, and today as well. They finally replied to today's message with the same response I received last week. Please help, because this is outrageous, and no matter what I write, they are not paying me.
