Today is the 10th day and nothing ,they do not answer at any email I have send 5 ,and also when I speak with the support team they inform me that the payment is proceed soon ,every day the same thing but nothing ,what we can do ? It's really disappointing the all situation ,thanks

I can understand your frustration, but unfortunately, our team needs to wait for the 14-day time period as explained in your complaint before they can intervene. Have you checked your email to see if the casino has sent you some information regarding your withdrawal? Try to look in your spam folder as well. Sometimes the emails from online casinos could end up there, actually. Let us know if you have any news, please.

Thy don't send nothing to my email as I have told you I have sent 5-6 email and nothing yet no response ,I speak today and as every day they told the same things please be patient the department is working for the progress ,every day the same ,it's so disappointing to play your money and if you win or not the withdraws to be a delay so much time ,at Wednesday there be the 14 th day so you will contact to them ?

I'd say it's hard to accept there is nothing to do when you're told to be patient over and over again. 🙁

Yet, as we can see now, it worked in the end, and I thank you for the update.

Just out of curiosity, have you ever waited longer than this in any casino? In my opinion, this was pretty slow.

Prolazim kroz ovaj problem, budite strpljivi i verujte mi. Ali poverenje je nešto što se gradi, stiče malo po malo. Isplatio sam pre 11 dana, a ovde još nije stiglo, idem na sajt da proverim da li su im potrebna dokumenta i ništa se ne traži. Ponašanje ovog kazina je čudno.

Hi, you're getting pretty close to the 14 days we give casinos to resolve withdrawals. Did they tell you why it takes them so long ? I would say that casinos should have a reason if something is going on.

Regarding verification, the casino doesn't always have to ask for documents right away, so if it's not necessary, then I wouldn't worry too much.

Nadam se da će to rešiti, jer nikada nisam rešio ništa sa pritužbama ovde u Casino Guru-u. Priznajem da sam čak i skeptičan po pitanju ovoga, jer sam odgovarao na pitanja i na kraju ništa nije uspelo. U drugim prilikama su me opljačkali drugi kazina i na kraju je bilo upravo to.

Dear Casino Guru Team,

I need your help. In early April, I won nearly 600,000 HUF on the site. I could request it in four parts of 150,000 HUF each due to withdrawal limits. The first two withdrawals took 10 and 11 days to receive, which didn't bother me. I saw that others had similar issues but were eventually paid. After that, the site requested documents from me. I won't go into detail about how difficult it was to gather everything, as they kept asking for different things. In the end, they even asked for a document showing my deposit from February. The biggest joke is that I registered with them at the end of March, so I couldn't provide such a document. When I explained this to support, they asked me to prove it. At that point, I was already considering asking for your help, but I always thought it would eventually be resolved. Finally, after many more emails and around 100 conversations with support, they accepted everything in a total of 50 days, precisely on May 20th. I'm not exaggerating; if needed, I can prove it. There were times when I contacted them during work because the whole situation was so frustrating.

After this, I requested the money in two parts: on May 20th, 150,000 HUF, and on the 21st, 138,000 HUF. Interestingly, the latter request was paid within 7 days, but I'm still waiting for the first 150,000 HUF withdrawal. It has now been 18 business days, and today, after many emails, I received the response: "sorry, it's a bit delayed, but don't worry, everything is fine." I should add that I wrote 3 days ago, yesterday, and today as well. They finally replied to today's message with the same response I received last week. Please help, because this is outrageous, and no matter what I write, they are not paying me.

Hi, I see you had a pretty rough time in the casino as far as verification is concerned, but eventually you got 3 withdrawals according to what you describe and you only missed one, yes ? We give casinos 14 days to sort everything out and send the player the funds and if you are waiting longer than that, I would probably recommend lodging a complaint with us.
