Da, ludo je dugo, prvobitno sam otvorio žalbu 19., ali kada je predstavnik kazina ušao rekao je da moram da sačekam 7-10 radnih dana od datuma odobrenja, a to je bio 21.6. Dakle, 10. radni dan je bio 7/8 pre nove ere 4. jula, ali ovde je 7/16 i još uvek ništa. Nadam se da će Romi uskoro proveriti moju žalbu, juče je pitala da li sam je primio, što nisam, pa sada samo čekam da kaže Niku od izlaska sunca da se vrati
Yes it’s crazy long I originally opened the complaint on the 19th but when the casino rep stepped in he said I needed to wait the 7-10 business days from the date it was approved which was 6/21 . So the 10th business day was 7/8 bc of 4th of july but here it is 7/16 and still nothing. I hope Romi checks my complaint soon she asked yesterday if I received it which I haven’t so now just waiting on her to tell nick from sunrise to come back in

Čoveče, mislim da me je kazino guru razmazio mojom prvom pritužbom, bila je rekordna 2 dana sada se vuče i potvrdio sam da je još nisam dobio, a onda je predstavnik za pritužbu pitao da li sam je dobio, nakon što sam već rekao da nisam t i sada ponovo čekam njen odgovor i da zamoli predstavnika kazina da se povuče. Razumem da ima i drugih pritužbi, ali sam mislio da će to biti malo brže vreme odgovora.... Ali to je tako i cenim pomoć koja je zauvek potrebna lol… i kao što sam rekao, moja prva žalba je trajala dva dana, pa se nadam da ću uskoro čuti nešto od tebe… takođe sam oduvek voleo izlazak sunca, ali posle ovog iskustva ostalo je loše ukus, bio sam super lojalan igrač više od 2 godine, osvojio sam toliko mnogo da su mi oduzeli VIP status i ponovo sam se popeo na taj nivo i još jednom na VIP nivo 5. Dođavola, čak sam dobio i poklon korpu za Božić lol . Rekao sam domaćinima da će izgubiti lojalnog igrača zbog ovoga, ali izgleda da to nije imalo nikakvog uticaja... i ako se neko pita zašto vam oduzimaju VIP status, to se dešava kada osvojite više nego što ste deponovali u suštini ispred kazina. Oni će uzeti vaš VIP status u roku od nedelju dana. Takođe će vam oduzeti opciju izvlačenja novčića. I da, predstavnik kazina je trebalo da bude na tome, ali prema onome što mi je rečeno, sunrise i posh upravlja ista grupa koja upravlja drugim sajtovima inklava, ali sa otmenom i sunrise-om menadžment nema mnogo reči o bankama i isplatama kao i kod drugih brendova. Ali možete videti sve sestrinske kazino sajtove ako odete na plaiersrevardcard, nadam se da će moj uvid pomoći nekom drugom. Ne znam da li se guru bavi žalbama na otmjeni kazino, ali ako neko ima problema sa njima, toplo predlažem da ode u casinomeister. Znam samo sve ovo pre nego što sam se dugo igrao sa njima, tako da sam prilično dobro upoznao neke od domaćina… lol

And yes the casino rep should of been on it but from what I’ve been told sunrise and posh are managed by the same group that manages the other inclave sites but with posh and sunrise the management doesn’t have much say on banking and withdrawals as with there other brands. But you can see all the sister casino sites if you go to playersrewardcard I hope my insight might help someone else. I don’t know if guru deals with complaints with posh casino but if anyone has problems with them I highly suggest going to casinomeister. I only know all this bc I’ve been playing with them along time, so I’ve gotten to know some of the hosts pretty well… lol
