I still wonder why you received the refunds; could you help me understand that? I'm assuming it was due to a missing license, or in the worst case, a problem with gambling might have been involved. Well, I hope it is the first option, of course.

Honestly sometimes take a while to verify docs and hardly ever return emails and livechat is slow these days too but rest assured they are a legit casino and will pay you.
