Hey, based on what you wrote, it would probably be wisest to file a complaint. However, it would also be advisable if it didn't end up like almost all of yours, which is that you stop replying to our team. 

As far as the casino itself is concerned, you were allowed to register and play here even though they don't accept Spaniards ? Did you also tell the casino that you're a gambling addict? Were you able to reopen your account there? 

If so, I probably wouldn't have waited with the complaint and would have gone for it.

Yes, yes and yes I told the casino that I was addicted and I have the email and the screenshot and the next day they reopened my account they let me deposit and bet I have all the evidence, hey, you find out.

So it's not right of the casino if you entered all your details truthfully and they know you're a Spanish and even reopened your account, so I'd go with my complaint recommendation.

The damage even if they close the account for a Spanish player with addiction after reopening it knowing it is almost like death and it is done not only is it enough for them to close it, it cannot stay like this so that it continues to happen to more people.
