I have to agree with what other people are saying here. My account was verified with vulcan and I made a withdrawal of 350 euros previously. I then got a big enough win of 2750 euros last weekend. Suddenly, they want complete bank statements, my payslips and probably my liver and kidneys by the end. The worst part, they left my withdrawals sitting there for 5 days before rejecting them and requesting the EXTRA documents. Honestly, this casino is brutal and the customer service is shocking. Im 100% certain they will come back saying that they want more stuff or what I sent them is not good enough. I'm honestly sure they do this on purpose hoping you just get stressed and lose the winnings back. How casino guru can rate that kip of a provider at 9.1 is beyond me completely. Ill update this if I ever get paid, which I doubt.

Hello, just allow me to mention, that the casino's rating consists of many aspects. I checked complaints submitted against Vulkan Vegas to find out, that almost all complaints regarding any withdrawal delay were submitted just recently and therefore are not closed yet. I would also like to mention, that most of the other cases were closed as solved, or players stopped responding. The evaluation process, as well as the complaint process, are both very time consuming, so we can't just drop the rating down because the amount of submitted complaints has increased. All need to be carefully examined first.
