Hi I believe these new non gamestop companies should be banned. They offer no protection for problem players and I believe some of them to be a scam. They have found a way to let people gamble who shouldn't be gambling. They abide by no laws and you are not protected. If they don't want to pay winnings they simply don't.

I feel gambling is a serious problem and these sites shouldn't be available.

Hi. Unfortunately, right now, there is no such thing asn Gamstop where you can put restrictions on playing for problematic players all over the world. These casinos do not have a UK license and should be avoided by players from your country. I know that it is not easy to not play at these casinos if there is no protection for you to not enter them, but on the other hand, I don't want to believe that they are targeting players with addiction.

I completely agree that not all of them are out to target problem players I just feel that some advertise responsible gaming but without having to enforce it which I completely disagree with.

I believe if a player reaches out stating a problem and you advertise responsible gaming the account should be excluded. Unfortunately this isn't always the case they seem to ignore your requests. Why ? Can only be financial gain Unfortunately.


But again agreed not all are in this category but I've seen it with a few of these now.

I also can't help but feel the advertising of "non gamestop" is reaching out to players who may have a problem, players who have made that big step to realise their problem and contact gamestop.

But now there is a new door open ....

Zdravo Džoni, odgovoriću ti, upravo sam juče otvorio žalbu jer sam od novembra 2023. na lečenju kod psihologa od zavisnosti od kockanja, ozbiljno sam rizikovao da izgubim kuću, završio sam na sudu, pomogli su mi roditelji koji je plaćanjem poništio kaznu inače bih se našao sa svojom devojkom i svoje 3 mačke ispred kuće bez smeštaja, aktivirao sam samoisključivanje iz kazina zauvek, ali od 10. jula do 18. jula 2024. godine sam se vratio u njega preko kazina koji mi je i dalje dozvoljavao da igram, nakon meseci kada to nisam radio, ponovo sam izgubio sve, prijavio sam se u kazino 2022. godine sa istom e-poštom i verifikovao sa istim telefonskim brojem koji se koristi za nacionalno samoisključenje (kazino ima mogućnost rada u mojoj zemlji pa mi se čini nevjerovatnim da ni on tamo nije isključen s obzirom da su imali podatke o mejlu i broju telefona, nažalost ne sećam se da li sam te godine uradio kompletan KIC ), zatražio sam privatnom porukom i samoisključivanje putem ćaskanja uživo ubrzo nakon primljenog prvog izbacivanja, pošto kazino nema svoju funkciju samoisključivanja, nažalost nisam bio saslušan, našao sam vrata otvorena nekoliko dana pre i opet sam pao na to, sada ne mogu da platim kiriju i kasnim već 10 dana, povećao sam termine kod psihologa ali se osećam sterano u ćošak, pun stida, nastavljam da živim sa anksioznošću u stomaku i strah od toga da sve ponovo proživljavam. Više ne živim dobro, zavisnost od kockanja se ne shvata ozbiljno, a sada (kao i mnogi ljudi koji se verovatno plaše pomoći) rizikujem da ponovo izgubim sve i ne znam kako da se izvučem iz toga.

This is exactly the point I am making and unfortunately more and more of these companies are opening up and under the advertisement "non gamestop"

It's easy to say just avoid them but it's not that easy for a problem gambler.

When you check reviews on other platforms they mostly give them a thumbs up but will not mention the dark side.

They all advertise responsible gaming and state 24/7 support but unfortunately don't truly support this.

I strongly believe they should all have a duty of care of their players.

It's easy to say but I try thinking before a bet or deposit, am I going to win? Have I won in the past? Nije lako jer kada počnem da igram sve postaje iracionalno, za ovih meseci bez igre kupio sam nekoliko korisnih stvari za kuću i za devojku, uštedeo sam nešto novca, ali sada mi ništa više nije ostalo, nakon što sam izgubio prvih 500 dolara Počeo sam da igram da bih povratio sumu, na kraju sam izgubio sve, moje misli su manje jasne dok igram.

Me personally think it's wrong to advertise as non gamestop let alone have no tools in place to protect players with problems.

I understand what you say everything becomes irrational but try to think of that feeling of regret that comes once you have lost. Its a horrible feeling.

It should really be taken very seriously when it comes to responsible gaming, and every casino should immediately act whenever a player asks for the closure of the account due to their gambling addiction.
