And other thing - you should listen to Radka (btw. im Radek 😛), official complaint will do the job.

Based on my experience, some players have issues with longer withdrawals periods in the casino and I'm not honestly sure what's the reason behind it. Since the players are usually from the same countries, I guess it might be related to payment providers and sending money to those countries, but in general, they always try to help players and get it resolved.

I'm glad you mention the waiting as a "common part" of the procedure. Though I empathize with impatient players a bit, in the end, it is usually a question of time. 🙏

I'd say it sucks - instead of scammers. Scam casinos usually do not bother with paying out the winnings at all.
