Imam problema da podignem nešto novca sa fresh.casino-a. Dana 24. novembra su poništili moj zahtev za povlačenje zahtevajući od mene da pošaljem dodatni dokument za verifikaciju (video na kom držim ličnu kartu) što sam i uradio i oni su to prihvatili. Skoro 2 nedelje kasnije još mi nisu platili i rekli su mi da istražuju moju uplatu i da će to učiniti za mesec dana. Da bude jasno, oni mogu da istraže šta žele, ali da im treba 1 mesec za ovo, ja to ne razumem... Opklade koje sam tamo napravio... mogu da ih potvrde za samo 10 minuta. Čini mi se da kazino vredi 4-5 u najboljem slučaju, a ne 9.3.... U prilogu snimka ekrana mog zahteva za povlačenje i e-pošte koju potvrđuju da će im trebati mesec dana za "istragu"...

I'm having trouble to withdraw some money from fresh.casino. On 24 of November they canceled my withdrawal request asking me to send additional verification document (video of me holding my ID) which I did and they accepted it. Almost 2 weeks later they have not paid me yet telling me that they are investigating my payment and they will do it in a month time. To be clear they can investigate what they want, but to take 1 month for this I do not understand it... The bets I made there... they can confirm them in just 10 minutes. It seems to me like a casino worth of 4-5 rating at best not 9.3.... Attached my withdrawal request screenshot and the email that they confirm that they will take to 1 month for the "investigation"...

Za mene nije normalno da sajt koji ovde ima ocenu 9,3 drži moj novac više od 2 nedelje. Moj nalog je u potpunosti verifikovan. Šaljem na fresh.casino čak i snimak na kojem držim pasoš.
Moja aktivnost tamo se može proveriti za 10 minuta, ali su mi rekli da po njihovim pravilima to može da se uradi za 31 dan...(??????!!!!). Takođe nisam tražio nikakav bonus, samo sam igrao sa svoja 2 depozita. Prvi sam izgubio, sa drugim sam dobio nešto novca. Zaista se nadam da će ugledni sajt kao što je vaš izvršiti pritisak na njih zbog ovakve vrste pravila koja prkose zdravom razumu. Oni ne mogu da imaju ocenu 9.3 na vašem sajtu i takođe imaju trikove da zadrže novac kladioničara ili čak da ga konfiskuju u budućnosti, ko zna?!. I ne radi se samo o mom slučaju. Ovo će se sigurno dogoditi drugima

My activity there can be checked in 10 minutes, but they told me according to their rules this can be done in 31 days...(??????!!!!). Also I did't ask for any bonus, just played with my 2 deposits. I lost the first one, with the second one I won some money. I really hope that a reputable site like yours will put some pressure on them about this kind of rules that defies the common sense. They can't have 9.3 rating on your site and also have tricks to hold bettors money or even confiscate them in the future, who knows?!. And it is not just about my case. Da, platili su mi već jednom. Napravio sam nekoliko depozita. Ovo povlačenje ima status "na čekanju" od 24. novembra. Jasno su mi stavili do znanja da će im trebati mesec dana da provere moj nalog... Nemam ništa protiv toga, ali moja aktivnost tamo se može proveriti za 10 minuta, a ne mesečno. Nema bonusa, nema drugog naloga... .
Yes they have paid me once before. I made several deposits. This withdrawal has "pending" status since 24th of november. They made it clear for me that they will take to a month to check my account... I have nothing against that but my activity in there can be checked in 10 minutes not a monthm No bonus taken, no other account there....

Plaćeno mi je tačno mesec dana nakon što sam podneo zahtev. Imao sam malo aktivnosti na fresh.casinu i malu količinu novca na svom računu. Hvala vam na pomoći casino.gurua.
