Želeli bismo da se pozabavimo nedavnom situacijom u vezi sa vašim zahtevom za ograničenje depozita. 21. juna 2024. zatražili ste limit depozita od 20 evra mesečno. Nažalost, zbog nesporazuma 1. jula, naš tim je pogrešno protumačio napomenu u našem sistemu, što je dovelo do pretpostavke da je ograničenje već primenjeno.
Duboko žalimo zbog ovog propusta i aktivno preispitujemo naše procedure kako bismo sprečili slične pojave u budućnosti.
Traženi limit depozita je sada na snazi. Pored toga, vidimo da ste tokom vaše igračke sesije napravili ukupan depozit od 120 evra i trenutno imate na čekanju povlačenje od 130 evra.
Vidimo dva načina da rešimo ovaj problem:
1) Povraćaj 100 EUR. Možemo refundirati 100 EUR od ukupno deponovanih 120 EUR, pošto je prvih 20 EUR bilo u okviru vašeg postavljenog limita depozita i stoga ne podleže povraćaju. We see two ways to solve this issue :
1) Refund of 100 EUR. We can refund 100 EUR from the total 120 EUR deposited, as the first 20 EUR was within your set deposit limit and therefore not subject to a refund. However, please note that it this case winning were won from deposits that exceeded your limit, which makes the winnings illegitimate, so the winning will be deducted.
2) Withdrawal of your winnings. Alternatively, we can process your withdrawal of 130 EUR. At this moment, your account is fully verified and we are ready to initiate payment promptly.
