Ne mogu čak ni da vidim svoje povlačenje na čekanju. Žalio sam se IBAS-u na njih i kontaktirao banku. Svaka mi ne može pomoći.

Prošlo je nedelju dana otkako sam kontaktirao britansku komisiju za kockanje, a oni nisu odgovorili. Trenutno sam u procesu pisanja za Action Fraud.
Kockanje je dovoljno loše, ljudi. To zaista može upropastiti živote, ali kada dobijete ove ODVRATNE operatere koji bukvalno kradu novac ljudima, a da oni ne trpe nikakve posledice i ne napadaju nevine ljude, to je zaista apsolutno odvratno.
Zlatnog lava treba zatvoriti. Još uvek radi! Kako je to moguće?

I have waited two months for this casino to give me my money. It says it takes up to 21 working days however it has been far longer.
I have submitted numerous complaints and gone on the live chat maybe a hundred times. Each time, they end up closing the chat after telling me that due to a lot of people withdrawing, it is taking longer.
I cannot even see my pending withdrawal. I have complained to IBAS about them and contacted the bank, Each cannot help me.
IBAS sent the following:-
"Inform the UK Gambling Commission about what happened; I’m sure they would welcome any evidence that you can supply to info@gamblingcommission.gov.uk
Accepting bets from a UK citizen without a UK-issued gambling licence is a crime. IF you believe that you have been the victim of cybercrime, you should contact Action Fraud at https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/reporting-fraud-and-cyber-crime
You should go to your bank – IF you believe potential cybercriminals may have your card details
Also ask your bank if there is anything they could do to help
If you face financial difficulties, consider calling the National Gambling Helpline who have advisers experienced in debt counselling and may be able to offer helpful advice."
It has been a week since I contacted the UK gambling commission and they haven't responded. I am currently in the process of writing to Action Fraud.
Gambling is bad enough, people. It can really ruin lives but when you get these DISGUSTING operators who are literally stealing money off people, without them suffering any consequences and preying on innocent people, it really is absolutely disgusting.
Golden Lion should be closed down. It is still operating! How is this possible?
