Pozdrav Petronela: Objasnit ću vam slučaj: imam POSLOVNU VISA kreditnu karticu (završava se 1073) kojom sam u decembru dao neke depozite dok sam dobio drugu debitnu Visa.
Jednom kada su mi platili povlačenje na toj kartici, a ona je odbijena, jer spomenuta kartica ne prihvaća plaćanja (samo naknade), tada sam je priopćio kasinu i uvijek su mi plaćali drugu debitnu vizu. Ali budući da su se ponašali vrlo loše sa mnom i uvijek je bilo problema prilikom polaganja kod Visa, odlučio sam prestati igrati dok se ne riješi pitanje karata.

Problem ovog kasina je taj što oni teško ikad odgovaraju na e-mailove i nema komunikacije, već samo žele da uplatim sredstva.

Hola Petronela : le explico el caso : Tengo una tarjeta VISA NEGOCIOS de credito ( terminada en 1073 ) con las que hice en Diciembre algunos depósitos mientras me llegaba otra Visa de debito.

Empiezo a jugar y metí 1000 euros con una visa terminada en 4847 , gane 1900 euros que retiré en tramos de 1000+500+300+100, me procesan los retiros el día 26 y lo hacen a la tarjeta que no admite abonos
( 1073 ) por lo que los retiros fueron rechazados.
Les digo que eso ya lo sabían ellos puesto que pasó otra vez y que me pagaran a la Visa terminada en 4847 que es con la el día 26 hice el depósito de 1000 euros.
Me dice que antes del fin de semana cobraría los 1900 pero hoy viernes no me llega nada cuando han tenido ya 8 dias para resolver el caso.
También me promete reembolsos sin requisitos si hago depositos, pero el día 3 marzo meti 2200 euros y el dia 4 marzo meti 3000 euros ( pagando excesivas comisiones por cada deposito , un 5 % ) y aqui estoy esperando me llegue mi dinero. Decirle tambien que casi nunca contestan a mis correos y ayer por fin me dió un reembolso de 500 euros, que perdí y me dijo que si los perdía me daría otro pero nada de nada.

Imali smo problema s uplatama nekim igračima (određene države), o čemu smo ih tada obavijestili i ponudili alternativne metode za povlačenje sredstava.
Nažalost, igrač ne želi pružiti alternativne metode za povlačenje sredstava i očekuju plaćanje samo na karticu, ne sluteći da u ovoj situaciji ništa ne ovisi o nama (mi sami rado plaćamo na vrijeme i nemamo sukob s igračem ).
Nakon dugo vremena (nakon što igrač nije želio pružiti alternativne metode za povlačenje), uspjeli smo izvršiti uplatu na bankovni račun.

Pues sigo sin cobrar. Ya han quitado de la web del casino los metodos de pago por tarjetas, dejando solo "mastercard" que aqui en España no es válido, y Cryptomoneda.
Muchas promesas de la manager Lina pero siguen sin pagar y cada vez que me escribe me dice que me van a pagar pero como se puede ver TODO ES MENTIRA. No se para que me pidieron el IBAN de mi cuenta.
