Započeo sam povlačenje pre otprilike 2 nedelje, 07.09.2023. Prema podršci za ćaskanje, moj nalog je verifikovan. Međutim, nakon dve nedelje, podrška nije odgovorila na moje imejlove. Sistem za ćaskanje ukazuje da postoje tehnički problemi, ali ne precizira o čemu se radi. Takođe nisam u mogućnosti da napravim depozit. Dve nedelje se već čini kao mnogo vremena! Poslao sam 10 e-poruka podršci i nisam dobio nikakav odgovor. Treba mi tvoja pomoć. Uložio sam nekoliko hiljada evra u kazino.

Ich habe vor ca 2 Wochen am 09.07.2023 die Auszahlung vorgenommen. Laut chat support ist mein account verified. Nach 2 Wochen reagiert der support per email nicht. Der chat sagt es gibt technische probleme aber nicht welche. Ich kann auch nicht einzahlen. 2 Wochen ist schon viel! Habe 10 emails an den support geschrieben und keine antwort. Bitte helfen Sie mir.
