My deposit was PHP9,000 and after a few parlays, I've won. I've placed a withdrawal exactly 25 hours ago 1/28/2024 for PHP41,000 and another today 1/29/2024 for PHP25,000. I am done with KYC, and all the other documents are verified. I was expecting to withdraw my money in an instant the same way I deposited, which took only a few seconds.
Now it has been exactly 25 hours since my first withdrawal and checking on the status it has not even been processed yet, I've been back and forth more than I can count through their chat support and it seems they give me the same reason "Security check" I keep asking for updates and timeframe and they always tell me "Live queue might be different every day"
I mean, I understand that there can be a small backlog on withdrawals but 25 hours is just ridiculous and without movement on my withdrawal.
Small casinos don't even take that long for withdrawals. I deposited using my bank which is a NeoBank that's why the deposit was instant and within a few seconds which also means that if they did or processed my withdrawal, I would have gotten it immediately because I've tried that on multiple different online casinos.

Svaki put kada kontaktiram putem ćaskanja ili e-pošte dobijam iste odgovore skriptom. 95% sam siguran da razgovaram sa četbotom i još uvek, moje povlačenje nema kretanja - čak ni obrađeno. It has been exactly 33 hours. Every time I reach out through chat or email I get the same scripted answers. I am 95% sure I am talking to a chatbot and still, my withdrawal has no movement - not even processed.
