Dana 2. septembra pokrenuo sam svoj slučaj sa svojim VIP menadžerom navodeći da je JustBit.io zabranjeno da radi u Holandiji, ali nastavlja da se prodaje kao regulisan i licenciran onlajn kazino. Deponovanje i igranje na ovom sajtu je nezakonito, a nakon verifikacije kod nadležnih za kockanje, saznao sam da JustBit nezakonito pruža igre stanovnicima Holandije.
Nakon nedelja zahteva za ažuriranje mog slučaja, 17. oktobra JustBit.io je dogovorio iznos refundiranja od 1 974,16 EUR.
18. oktobra mi je rečeno sledeće: „Naše pravno odeljenje je već počelo sa izradom sporazuma. Ovo može potrajati i do dve nedelje da se završi".
Nakon redovnog slanja e-pošte VIP menadžeru radi ažuriranja, dobio sam isto „Preneo sam vaš zahtev odgovarajućem odeljenju, pa vas molim da sačekate odgovor e-poštom u vezi sa vašim slučajem".
Sada (od 12. novembra) moji mejlovi se potpuno ignorišu bez ijednog odgovora uključujući ažuriranje i ugovor o ugovoru.
Da bih saznao da li je ovo namerno urađeno, odlučio sam da započnem razgovor uživo preko veb stranice kako bih stupio u kontakt sa tamošnjim VIP menadžerom. Prvi put mi je VIP menadžer rekao da pošaljem mejl, što sam već nekoliko puta uradio. Pre nego što sam mogao da odgovorim na svoju zabrinutost zašto se moji mejlovi ignorišu, VIP menadžer je zatvorio ćaskanje. Drugi put kada sam pitao zašto se moji mejlovi ignorišu, ćaskanje je odmah zatvoreno bez ijednog odgovora. Sada sam u beskrajnom redu (iako sam broj 1 u redu).
Šta da radim u ovom trenutku da sve ovo rešim?
On September 2 I initiated my case with my VIP manager stating that JustBit.io is prohibited from operating in the Netherlands, yet it continues to market itself as a regulated and licensed online casino. Depositing and playing on this site is illegal, and upon verification with the Gambling authorities, I learned that JustBit is unlawfully providing games to Dutch residents.
After weeks of requesting updates on my case, on October 17 JustBit.io agreed on a refund amount of 1 974,16 EUR.
On October 18 I was told the following: "Our legal department has already started drafting the agreement. This may take up to two weeks to complete."
After regularly sending emails to the VIP manager for updates, I've gotten the same "I have transferred your request to the appropriate department, therefore I kindly ask you to wait for an email response regarding your case."
Now (since November 12), my emails are being ignored completely with not a single response including the update and the agreement contract.
To find out if this was done on purpose, I decided to start a live chat through the website to get in contact with the VIP manager there. The first time, the VIP manager told me to send an email, which I've already done several times. Before I could reply with my concern on why my emails are being ignored, the VIP manager closed the chat. The second time when I asked why my emails are being ignored, the chat was closed instantly with not even a single response. Now, I'm in an endless queue (even though I'm number 1 in queue).
What do I do at this point to get this all solved?
